Filipino Homes cites Johndorf as Top 4 Developer in 2025

Filipino Homes has formally recognized Johndorf Ventures Corporation (JVC) as 4th Top Developer in the Philippines for 2025

The country’s leading national real estate marketing and brokerage association underscored Johndorf’s steady growth and expanding footprint across the Visayas and Mindanao during its National Real Estate Convention on Oct. 19, 2025.

The vibrant gathering at the Waterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino reinforced​ the company’s reputation as “a wholly Filipino-owned company engaged in real-estate development providing safe, sound and affordable housing facility.”

Filipino Homes CEO Anthony Gerard Leuterio handed the award to Johndorf EVP and treasurer Norma Lim and her daughter Frances Abegail “Abi” Lim, the company’s AVP for business development.

Joining them onstage are Leuterio’s wife Flora May and Johnforf’s sales and marketing team led by AVP Francis Icamen, witnessed by delegations from the country’s various developers and real estate industry players.
